What types of exercises does it include?

Do I need equipment?
No equipment needed! You can do all exercises using just your body. A pillow or chair can be used for extra comfort, but it’s completely optional.
What if I miss a day (or a few days)?
If you miss 1-3 days, simply repeat the last class you completed, then continue from where you left off. If you miss more than 4 days, start from the beginning or go back to Day 1 to reset your nervous system gently.
What if I feel emotional during or after a class?
This is completely normal! It means your body is releasing stored tension and emotions. You may feel sadness, frustration, anxiety, or even cry without knowing why. Let it move through you—this is healing.
What if I don’t feel anything?
Not everyone experiences a big release right away, and that’s okay. Subtle shifts like feeling calmer, sleeping better, or breathing easier are signs it’s working. Some bodies need repetition and safety before releasing deeply.
Can I keep working out while doing this Reset?
Yes, but gentle is best. Avoid high-intensity workouts (HIIT, heavy lifting) during this course. These can activate your stress response. Focus on low-intensity, nervous system-friendly movement like walking, yoga, stretching, swimming or pila

Why are some days shorter than others?
Your rest and integration days are just as important as movement days. On these days, focus on deep rest, a gentle walk, journaling, or breathwork. Doing less is part of the process.
What time of day is best to do my class?
There is no right or wrong time, choose what works best for you. Mornings can help set a calm tone for your day, evenings allow you to unwind and promote better sleep, and anytime during the day is perfect if you're feeling anxious, tense, or disconnected.
What if I’m pregnant or have limited mobility?
You can still benefit from this course, just modify movements to suit your body. Refer to the Do’s, Don’ts & Modifications PDF for detailed modifications once you purchase the reset.
What if I feel tired or drained after class?
This is completely normal, your body is doing deep work, and releasing tension requires energy. Allow yourself to rest as much as needed, stay hydrated, and remember that healing happens in rest just as much as in movement. Fatigue is a sign that your nervous system is shifting out of survival mode and into safety.
Why do some days repeat the same exercises?
Repetition is intentional. In somatic healing, doing the same practice multiple times helps your nervous system feel safe through familiarity. Each time you repeat an exercise, your body may respond differently—what felt subtle on day one might feel deeper or more releasing the next time. Repetition builds regulation, safety, and embodiment over time. Healing isn’t about constantly doing something new—it’s about going deeper, not wider.
How long do I have access to the challenge?
You get lifetime access, so you can revisit the classes anytime and move at your own pace.
Can I repeat the Reset after I finish?
Yes! Many people go through the reset multiple times to deepen their results. You can restart at any time.
Will I receive personal feedback on my progress?

How do I reset my password?

- Check your email and click on the link received to reset your password.
How do I change my email address?

- In the Email field, click the pencil icon
- In the pop-up, enter your new email and password
- Click SAVE
