Natalie lived it. Ten years in corporate. Training every day, eating clean, still painful bloating, relentless fatigue, stubborn weight, skin that wouldn't clear. Years of practitioners, tests, and protocols with no answers.


The shift didn't happen in a clinic. It happened on her living room floor, legs up, moving intuitively, no plan. Her body finally got the space it had been asking for. Something released that a decade of doing everything right couldn't touch.

She trained, certified, and built SOMA to give women what no practitioner ever gave her, a way to regulate their own body, on their own terms.
