Meet Natalie
For years, I did everything “right” to feel better—I exercised, ate well, and pushed through stress—yet my body still felt tense, exhausted, and out of sync. I struggled with gut issues, cystic acne, restless sleep, anxiety, and chronic tension, but doctors told me I was “fine.” I started to wonder if I’d always feel this way—trapped in a body that wouldn’t cooperate.
Everything changed when I discovered somatic healing and nervous system regulation. Instead of forcing my body into relaxation, I learned how to listen to it, work with it, and release the stress and tension I had unknowingly carried for years.
Now, as a certified holistic, nervous system, and somatic practitioner, I specialse in helping women regulate their nervous systems, break free from survival mode, and feel safe in their bodies again. Through 1:1 coaching, movement, and breathwork, I guide women to release stored stress, rebuild resilience, and reclaim their energy, clarity, and emotional balance.
